ALUMEX® P-7 is phosphate-bonded with high strength and load-bearing ability, low porosity and modulus of elasticity, and excellent resistance to abrasion, erosion and mechanical abuse. Its physical characteristics are considered second to none in the realm of “70%-alumina” brick.

ALUMEX® P-8 is more refractory than the ALUMEX® P-7 quality, and possesses exceptional strength. It has excellent resistance to thermal spalling and is recommended for applications where very dense brick with low porosity are required and where operating temperatures are more severe.

ALUMEX® P-85 HS exhibits a combination of very high strengths, high abrasion resistance, and excellent thermal shock resistance. Its high purity composition yields a refractory product that can withstand severe alkali attack.

A high purity high fired ceramically bonded magnesite enriched dolomite brick. A high purity fused grain magnesite is added to ensure optimum performance in the most arduous of steelmaking applications. Applications include AOD tuyeres, tuyere pad and slaglines, and VOD slaglines

KD30-DOL is a premium quality refractory for more aggressive wear areas in tuyere pads and slaglines of AOD’s, VOD’s and ladle furnaces.

KRIAL® 50 continues to be an excellent choice for sidewalls and bottoms in milder ladle environments and for safety linings where more refractory linings are necessary.
