EZ CAST® 2800 is similar to EZ CAST® 2700, except designed for applications up to 2800°F. In the laboratory, this product has tested well for resistance to CO (carbon monoxide) disintegration encountered in coke ovens and blast furnaces.

ProGun LC 50G is a 3000oF low-cement gun mix. This product is designed to give excellent gunnability, low porosity, minimum linear change, and high fired strengths.

ProGun LC 56SCG is a SiC castable that uses low cement binder technology with the gunite installation method. Its low porosity, excellent abrasion resistance, non-wetting characteristics and high heat transfer of SiC make this product an excellent choice for riser lines and pre-heater sections in CEMENT PLANTS and in combustion zones in POWER GENERATION units exclusively. This tightly bonded SiC product greatly reduces (or eliminates) surface slagging and clinker/alkali build-up.

ProGun LC 70G is a 3200oF, low-cement gun mix that offers excellent resistance to alkalies. This product is designed to give minimum porosity and low linear change with maximum density and high fired strengths, and can withstand severe high temperature erosive and corrosive environments.

ProGun LC 70SCG is a SiC castable that uses low cement binder technology with the gunite installation method. Its low porosity, excellent abrasion resistance, non-wetting characteristics and high heat transfer of SiC make this product an excellent choice for riser lines and pre-heater sections in CEMENT PLANTS and in combustion zones in POWER GENERATION units exclusively. ProGun LC 80SCG is an 80% SiC castable that uses low cement binder technology with the gunite installation method. Its low porosity, excellent abrasion resistance and high heat transfer value make this product an excellent choice for the tube walls in the combustion zones of power generating units. The high heat transfer characteristic of the SiC reduces surface slagging and alkali build-up, thereby, improving the operating efficiency of your unit.

ProGun LC FS-6 is a low cement, fused silica gun mix that offers high strength, very good resistance to abrasion, and low reversible thermal expansion.

QUIKTURN 60G is a mullite-based, low cement, 60% alumina low cement gun mix that can be installed by conventional gunning methods. After the final set, this unique castable can be heated without the traditional ramp-and-hold heatup schedule. Refer to the recommended QUIKTURN heatup schedule for the initial heatup.

An alkali-resistant 60% alumina castable that can be installed using vibration casting, pumping, or wet shotcreting methods. This product has been formulated to be resistant to alkali attack. After the final set, this unique castable can be heated without the traditional ramp-and-hold heatup schedule.

RESCOCAST 3-35P is an insulating castable with an operating temperature up to 2000°F, with a good strength to density ratio. It has been used as an insulating material in bi-wall linings and also as a single component lining where erosive conditions are not too severe. Unlike loose fill or insulating block, RESCOCAST 3-35P will not settle or disintegrate under adverse conditions.

SUREFLOW 52LC is a low cement, self-leveling castable that offers high strength and excellent resistance to abrasion. SUREFLOW 52LC resists build up caused by alkalies, sulfur, and chlorine. This product may be cast or pumpcast.
